In most cases, Phoenix can seamlessly reprogram merchants' existing terminal or POS software so there is no need for any equipment upgrade. If an equipment upgrade is required, only the most affordable options are given to the merchant.
• Phoenix agents and ISOs have the assistance of a dedicated sales support team that sends out daily status updates on accounts pending, faxing and emailing savings proposals for potential Phoenix clients and transferring calls to sales directors for immediate assistance. The Phoenix Sales Support Department is ready to assist all Agents and ISOs five days a week, 6:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
• Our unique sales organization strategically places Regional Sales Directors throughout the country to assist all sales professionals with the tools they need to bring new merchant accounts aboard.
• Upon joining our team, agents and ISOs are assigned a personal sales support representative to personally assist in any pre-boarding questions.
• Once a merchant is approved and begins to process with Phoenix, our technical team provides top notch, 24/7 world-class service to any customer inquiry, exceeding merchant expectation
